anyway, ran SIX one tenth rounds that afternoon. 2 part a passed and a part c passed. abit sad.. anyway, FIVE THREE QUARTER ROUNDS is 2.4km. i ran fourteen tweeny something. calculate youself. my brain is stuck on math after the trauma of getting back papers.

then today had to run another FOUR ROUNDS. timing nine thirteen. bad to worse! sighx. my throat hurt when i breath:(

super guilty, company did 82 pushups on web and i din do cos i was comforting a fren.. but i paid back 31 at home. gonna finish it up. no energy cos smart me did 50 situps before that.
